Alison Doody
Alison Doody was born in Dublin on the 26th of June, 1966. She is from an upper-class family. She was the youngest of three. She was a student at a nunnery, and developed an interest for the arts. Then, she attended the National College of Fine Arts in Dublin but quit because she was not motivated. She thought that she'd have a rest for a while to get her bearings. As time passed, she was with her colleagues in a caf the still photographer approached her and inquired if she was interested to model. Thinking she could use the pocket money, she decided to say yes. Then, she started working professional as a model. Modeling contract work led to commercials, and she traveled the world. In one of these days, a casting director was impressed by her work and suggested that she try acting instead. When she was 19, a casting director sent her to London which she landed an audition to play in A View to a Kill the newest James Bond film. Acting was her passion, and she decided to make a profession of an actor. The first film she appeared in was followed by two more of TV dramas filmed in London as well as Dublin. Her breakthrough came in 1989 as she played in the role of Aryan Seductress, Dr. Elsa Schneider, in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
